My journey into birth and loss work began after the stillbirth of my son, Lincoln, who was born sleeping at 28 weeks in May 2025. Like many bereaved parents, I experienced the profound heartbreak, isolation, and life-changing impact that pregnancy loss can bring. Through my own grief journey, I realized how important compassionate support, understanding, and connection are during some of life’s most difficult moments.

In honor of Lincoln, I co-founded Cradled in the Stars, a community dedicated to supporting families navigating miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss. What started as a way to help other grieving families find connection has grown into a mission to provide resources, support, remembrance, and comfort to those who need it most.

My personal experience inspired me to become trained as a Birth/ postpartum and Loss Doula so I can walk alongside families during pregnancy, birth, and loss with empathy, understanding, and compassionate care. My goal is to help families feel seen, supported, and never alone—no matter what their journey looks like.

I believe every baby matters, every story deserves to be honored, and every family deserves support through both joy and heartbreak.
