I am a mother, cofounder, and doula based out of Syracuse, NY, focusing specifically on birth, postpartum, lactation, and loss—supporting families through some of life’s most sacred and tender moments.

I am a mother to five children—two here in my arms and three who live on in my heart. I have experienced two miscarriages, and my son Daniel passed at 72 days old from SIDS. These experiences have deeply shaped the way I support others, allowing me to hold space with compassion, understanding, and lived empathy. I am also the cofounder of Cradled in the Stars, a Facebook community for loss families. It was born out of seeing a deep need in the community, as My co partner and I both experienced our own losses and longed for a space where families could feel seen, supported, and understood in their grief.

My work is rooted in honoring each family’s unique journey—whether it is welcoming new life, nutrition, navigating postpartum, nourishing through breastfeeding, or moving through grief and loss. I also offer breastmilk freeze‑drying services and ready‑to‑go hospital bags, created with care to support families in both preparation and preservation.

Outside of my work, I find peace and joy in my faith, spending time in my Bible and with my church community. I enjoy creative writing, tending to my garden, teaching others, and most of all, cherishing time with my children. My goal is to support you and your journey every step of the way—with gentle care, meaningful connection, and a heart that understands.
