I’m a mother of six whose own journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum transformed not only my life — but also my calling. After the birth of my daughter, I left my previous career to fully dedicate myself to supporting women and families through one of the most vulnerable and powerful transitions of their lives. Today, I work as a postpartum and birth doula, childbirth support professional, and midwife assistant, providing compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply holistic care. I believe pregnancy, birth, and especially the postpartum period deserve to be approached with both reverence and knowledge — honoring traditional wisdom while integrating modern scientific understanding. My work is rooted in a whole-person philosophy of care. I support families emotionally, physically, and practically, helping women feel safe, informed, and deeply supported as they step into motherhood — whether through an unmedicated home birth, hospital birth, VBAC, or planned cesarean. I am especially passionate about postpartum recovery and helping mothers reconnect with themselves, find confidence in parenting, and create a gentle transition into their new identity. I have experience supporting families in both home and hospital settings and believe every birth deserves individualized, respectful, trauma-informed care. Above all, I truly love walking alongside women after birth — helping them slow down, heal, trust themselves, and discover their own path into motherhood and a new version of themselves.
