Hello! I am a birth and postpartum doula and breastfeeding supporter serving women and families throughout Central New York. I enjoy providing compassionate, personalized support through pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and the early postpartum season.

My approach to doula care is deeply relational.I believe that every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, informed, and genuinely cared for as she prepares to welcome her baby. I enjoy helping families explore their birth preferences, understand their options, prepare for labor, and build confidence in their ability to make thoughtful decisions for themselves and their babies.

During labor, I offer a calm and steady presence, practical comfort measures, encouragement, and support for both the birthing mother and her partner. As an educator, mentor, and mother, I feel inclined to teach, encourage and attentive listening into my work. I also offers postpartum care and breastfeeding support, recognizing that the need for nurturing does not end when the baby is born.

My relationship with Jesus Christ is foundational to my identity and shapes the compassion, hospitality, and respect with which I serve others. At the same time, I warmly welcomes families of different backgrounds and beliefs. Having once lived outside of the Christian faith myself has deepened my empathy and my commitment to creating a space where every family can feel respected and supported.

At the heart of my work is a simple desire: to walk alongside women with compassionate support, practical guidance, and steady encouragement as they become rooted in preparation and radiant with confidence.
