Postpartum Doula

Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, I have passionately cared for infants and children for over 14 years. In 2024, I found my passion in becoming a Postpartum Doula, and pursued certification through Cornerstone Birthwork. In addition to being certified, I have my Associates in Applied Sciences in Medical Records which gives me a deepened inside knowledge of the medical system & continuity of care from hospitals to doctors offices for both parent and baby. I became a doula knowing the value in guiding those I work with on an empathetic level during a pivotal time of change and growth.
With a focus on helping vulnerable families, including minorities and LGBTQIA+ people of all shapes and sizes, my practices are tailored to individual needs with training in body positivity, cultural respect and trauma sensitivities. I hope to help others find comfort and wisdom during what is one of life’s greatest moments as they bring a new family member home. personalized postpartum services are catered to each family's needs and can vary in tasks and timeframes depending on what the family chooses. “This is no ‘bouncing back’ from postpartum. It is about transforming into a new version of yourself, one who is stronger, more resilient, and more capable than you ever thought possible.”
