BLESSING Way--A Blessing Way ceremony is to provide the mother-to-be with a big boost of encouragement through the love and support of the women in her life to whom she feels the deepest connection. It is a beautiful, spiritual event. There are readings, candle lighting and other personal activities that honor the mother as she is about to give birth.

Breastfeeding information--guidance from an experienced mom, and our experienced Doulas. Breast pumps and parts available.

Childbirth Education Classes--Childbirth Preparation Classes offered every month at a local convenient location. Prepare for your upcoming birth by learning end of pregnancy discomforts and how to relieve them, normal labor progress, interventions and their uses, birth planning, comfort measures, relaxation, tips for coach, postpartum information.

Nathan and I would like to express our appreciation for offering such a helpful birthing preparation course. We are also proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Leacadia. Amazing. I remembered all the things I learned in the course and did my best during the final phase of the birth to keep my cool. It worked beautifully and I believe that was why everything happened so fast. I kept calm and pretty much relaxed. Thank you, Chris, very much for all of your help again... be sure that we'll be seeing you again if/when the next one comes around. :)
