Below is a list of insurances that have been reported to DONA for random payment in different states.  In advisable for the patient to contact their insurance company either via letter of intent (which we can provide) or a phone call to verify Doula coverage.  In most instances, they will not know of a Doula, but with the growing women desiring a Doula, and women now being referred to a Doula thru her physician, the chance of insurance companies growing also is inevitable.  Feel free to ask me any questions should you want to know more.  We are happy to submit claims for you after delivery!
