DEC 15th- MEET THE DOULAS OF CNY! Your chance to ask any and all of your questions about pregnancy, labor, care providers
and Doula support! Come meet the Doulas of CNY and find out how doulas can help YOU (and your partner too!) in labor.

JAN 10th, 17th, 24th, & 31st- FREE introductory month of CLASSES ! NEW! in 2012! Doulas of CNY will be offering a series of prenatal bellydancing classes based on the Bellydance Birth method of movement. Bellydance Birth is both a beneficial and nurturing mode of birth preparation as well as a supportive and intuitive guide for use in the first stage of labor. 6:30-7:30 pm Basic Baby Shop in Shoppingtown Mall, Dewitt

JAN 14th DADS DUTY Class- Held at CNY Healing Arts Center- Fun filled 1 1/2 hr for DADS only. Prepare for baby, tips, and guidance for your special lady for labor day and postpartum! 1-2:30 pm

FEB 11th- Held at CNY Healing Arts Center- Natural comfort measures for labor- Taught by Doulas of CNY experts! Comfort measures for labor! Come try out and learn some strategies for natural birthing! 1-2:30 pm

Join us at our Materni-Teas- Held once a season- All of our mothers are invited to share their birth experiences at our Materni-Teas. She may retell her birth story surrounded by other moms. Empowering births are cheered; others heard with empathy. Pic of all babies and doulas then taken for web posting!
